Welcome to Roshi’s Kitchen!

Roshi’s Kitchen is led by Chef Roshan, known as Roshi, whose love for cooking began in his mother’s kitchen and grew into a lifelong passion. After training at Shatec in Singapore and the Hyatt Hotel, he refined his craft across diverse kitchens, from Indian restaurants in Sydney to leading teams as a head chef in aged care. These experiences shaped his belief in honest flavors, fresh ingredients, and cooking with purpose.

At Roshi’s Kitchen, that philosophy comes to life in every dish. We source seasonally and locally whenever possible, focusing on food that is both comforting and creative. More than just a dining experience, this is a place where guests feel welcomed, looked after, and invited to enjoy food crafted with genuine care, true to our promise of Crafting your cravings.

When I opened Roshi’s Kitchen, my dream was simple: to share honest food made with care. Nothing fancy, nothing forced, just good flavour, warm service, and a place where anyone can feel at home.
